Abbot Pennings High School put on one theater production per year. As far as I know they were always musicals and always performed during the spring. Rick Smits ('84) sent me some scans of musical programs and reviews, and I thought it was worth a whole page to display them and begin to compile a list of the musicals we did. Thanks to Rick, Jim Van Hefty ('80) and my brother Chris ('90) and Jerry Malcore ('69) for helping me compile the list. If you have any other shows or would like to share any other APHS theater memorabilia, please e-mail me at elf(at)abbotpennings.com.

This picture is not from a musical, it's the audience during the 1985 talent show. But it is in the APHS Auditorium where we put on all the plays. You can see the balcony for the lighting crew, and the former side balconies that had been boarded up to create the computer room (stage right) and the faculty lounge (stage left.)
